Enjoy a private apartment (with its own entrance) in our new Apt 504 at the Hostel on Main! Located in the heart of Rockwood, we are just a stone's throw away from the Great Allegheny Passage Trail (GAP). The apartment sleeps up to six in three bedrooms with two single beds in each room. Apt 504 boasts a private bathroom with a shower, living room with TV and WiFi, fully-equipped kitchen, and on-site laundry. For those stopping by during a trip on the GAP, we offer indoor bike storage under the Hostel. Complimentary coffee and tea are also provided. The apartment is also a great option for extended stays for business travelers.
Guest Information
Check-in:
Daily from 5 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Rockwood Mill Shoppes, located two doors down from the Apt 504.
Check-out:
7 a.m. - 9 a.m. at Rockwood Mill Shoppes
Reservations:
Recommended, but not mandatory. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. Groups are strongly encouraged to make a reservation to ensure the availability of overnight accommodations. Note: There is very limited cell phone service between Meyersdale and Ohiopyle. If calling on the day of your arrival, please call before passing through Meyersdale or Ohiopyle.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no later than 5 p.m. two days prior to arrival.
Daytime Hours:
The hostel is closed during the day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Special arrangements for hostel access may be made in advance with the manager. While you are waiting for Apt 504 to open, relax on the deck at Rockwood Mill Shoppes and enjoy a bite to eat or refreshing beverage or stroll through the antique and specialty shoppes.

Apt 504 Private Apartment:
$115 for up to 2 people, $40 for each addt'l person. Sleeps up to 6. One set of sheets and towels are included per person.
Each pair of guests are expected to share a room. If a guest prefers his or her own bedroom, the request must be made in advance and a $20 cleaning fee will be charged.

Details:
Laundry: A washer/dryer is available for guests. Detergent is provided.
Because we are located so close to the GAP, part of the Rails to Trails Program, we are in hearing distance of an active railroad track. Please know that trains will blow their whistles at the traffic crossing beside Apt 504. Ear plugs are provided upon request.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. And, the hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
